DISASSEMBLY

1.

Remove eight locknuts (1), screws (2), cover (3), and cover gasket (4) from backing plate (5).

Discard

locknuts.

2.

Remove two locknuts (6) and collector assembly (7) from backing plate (5).

Discard locknuts.

3.

Remove two locknuts (8), screws (9), and junction box (10) from cord reel frame (11).

Discard locknuts.

4.

Remove nut (12) and cable (13) from junction box (10).

5.

Remove strain relief (14) and cable (13) from backing plate (5).

6.

Remove two screws (15) and chain guard (16) from motor mount (17).

7.

Remove two nuts (18), lockwashers (19), washers (20), screws (21), and motor mount (17) from frame (11).

Discard lockwashers.

8.

Remove set screw (22), sprocket (23), and chain (24) from motor (25).

9.

Remove two screws (26) and motor mount (17) from motor (25).
