Disconnect intercom wire harness connector (9) from crew cab intercom wire harness connector (10).

6.

Remove intercom wire harness (11) from vehicle.

END OF TASK

INSTALLATION

1.

Install intercom wire harness (11) on vehicle.

2.

Connect intercom wire harness connector (9) to crew cab intercom wire harness connector (10).

NOTE

•

Route wire harness as noted prior to removal.

•

Install cushion clips, split looms, and cable ties as noted.

3.

Lower instrument panel A (7) on instrument assembly (8).

4.

Secure instrument panel A (7) with seven lockwashers (6) and screws (5).

5.

Install five RJ-12 connectors (4) in intercom radio (2).
