Check brake adjustment. Refer to para 13-9 .

Replace front wheel .

Refer to TM 9-2320-209-10 .

While turning wheel (1) and using wheel bearing nut wrench, tighten adjustin g

nut (2) until wheel binds .

4 .

Using wheel bearing nut wrench, back off adjusting nut (2) 1/8 turn .

5 .

Put one hand on bottom and one hand on top of wheel (1). Push with one han d

and pull with the other hand .

If wheel bearing (3) is adjusted correctly ,

wheel should have very little wobble .
