Disassembly.

FRAME 1

1.

Using 7/8-inch wrench, unscrew and take out lubrication fitting (1).

2.

Using 1 7/8-inch wrenches, unscrew and take off two nuts (2).

3.

Turn hand nut (3) to the left and takeoff side plate (4).

4.

Takeout sheave (5), bushing (6), and sheave pin (7).
