Parking brake set (TM 9-2320-272-10).
l
Cab door inspection hole cover removed
Two fasteners (Appendix D, Item 109)
Four lockwashers (Appendix D, Item 373)
(para. 3-312).
a. Removal
1.
Position door glass (7) in cab door (4) so regulator channel (6) is accessible through door inspection
hole (5).
2.
Remove four screws (1), lockwashers (2), and two window regulator stop brackets (3) from regulator
channel (6). Discard lockwashers (2).
3.
Remove two fasteners (8) and arm studs (9) from regulator channel (6). Discard fasteners (8).
4.
Pull door glass (7) up and out of cab door (4).
b. Installation
1.
Position door glass (7) in cab door (4) so regulator channel (6) are accessible through door inspection
hole (5).
2.
Place two window regulator arm studs (9) in regulator channel (6) and install with two new
fasteners (8)
3.
Install two window regulator stop brackets (3) on regulator channel (6) with four new
lockwashers (2) and screws (1).
c. Adjustment
1.
Raise door glass (7) to full up position.
2.
Lower door glass (7) and tighten four screws (1).
