EQUIPMENT CONDITION

Parking brake set (TM 9-2320-272-10).

l

Driver’s seat removed (left rear upper insulation

only) (para. 3-283).

NOTE

l

All insulation is removed the same way except where noted.

This procedure covers replacement of left upper and engine

access cover panels only.

l

Clean all insulating material and adhesive from contact area.

a. Removal

1.

Pull left rear upper panel insulation (2) away from cab (1) interior.

2.

Remove four screws (6) and washers (5) from engine access cover (4).

3.

Pull engine access cover insulation (3) away from engine access cover (4).

b. Installation

1.

Apply adhesive to foam side of insulation (2) and (3) and install on cab (1) interior and engine access

cover (4).

2.

Install four washers (5) and screws (6) on engine access cover (4).
