While holding nut (16), disconnect oil return line (6) from elbow (15).
Remove locknut (19), screw (17), clamp (18), and oil return hose (6) from reservoir base (5). Discard
locknut (191.
Remove four locknuts (3), screws (4), and muffler support (2) from reservoir base (5). Discard
locknuts (3).
Remove two locknuts (8), washers (9), screws (10), washers (9), and reservoir (1) from reservoir base (5)
and frame bracket (7). Discard locknuts (8).
Remove elbow (15) from reservoir (1).
Remove filler cap (11), dipstick (12), spacer (13), and strainer (14) from reservoir (1).

NOTE
When new hydraulic oil reservoir is installed, use attaching
parts and fittings from old hydraulic oil reservoir.
Wrap all male threads with antiseize tape before installation.
Install strainer (14), spacer (13), dipstick (12), and filler cap (11) on reservoir (1).
Install elbow (15) on reservoir (1).
Position reservoir (1) on reservoir base (5) and frame bracket (7).
Install reservoir (1) on frame bracket (7) with two washers (9), screws (10), washers (9), and new
locknuts (8).
Install muffler support (2) on reservoir base (5) with four screws (4) and new locknuts (3).
Install oil return hose (6) on elbow (15), holding nut (16) to prevent turning.
Install oil return hose (6) on reservoir base (5) with clamp (18), screw (17), and new locknut (19).
Install nipple support (21) on reservoir base (5) with two washers (25), screws (24), and new
locknuts (35).
Install nipple (26) and elbow (27) on reservoir (1).
Install U-bolt (36) on nipple support (21) with two washers (22) and new locknuts (23).
Install new O-ring (29) and oil supply hose (33) on hydraulic oil pump (28) with two split
flanges (30), four new lockwashers (31), and screws (32).
Install oil supply hose (33) on elbow (27), holding nut (34) to prevent turning.
Install brace (39) on muffler support (2) and reservoir base (5) with two screws (37) and new
locknuts (38).
