EQUIPMENT CONDITION

Parking brake set (TM 9-2320-272-10).

NOTE

The oil filter is located on the right frame rail above the wet

tank air reservoir.

Have drainage container ready to catch oil.

1.

Loosen center bolt (6) and remove filter housing (7), spring (3), and gasket (2) from filter base (1).

Discard gasket (2).

2.

Remove center bolt (6), washer (5), and oil filter (4) from filter housing (7). Discard oil filter (4).

1.

Install washer (5), center bolt (6), new oil filter (4), and spring (3) in filter housing (7).

2.

Position new gasket (2) on filter base (1).

3.

Install filter housing (7) on gasket (2) and filter base (1) with center bolt (6). Tighten center bolt (6)

30-35 lb-ft (41-47 N•m).
