General mechanic’s tool kit (Appendix E, Item 1)

Parking brake set (TM 9-2320-272-10).

MATERIALS/PARTS

Locknut (Appendix D, Item 288)

Twenty-nine locknuts (Appendix D, Item 276)

Lockwasher (Appendix D, Item 379)

Two tiedown straps (Appendix D, Item 684)

Disconnect four cable leads (8) from two convoy warning lights (7).

Remove eighteen locknuts (5), screws (2), clamps (3), and conduit (6) from cab protector (4). Discard

locknuts (5).

Remove ten locknuts (11), screws (9), clamps (10), and conduit (6) from dump body frame (12) and

cab protector (4). Discard locknuts (11).

Disconnect lead (22) from cable (20).

Remove locknut (23), washer (24), ground lead (28), lockwasher (25), screw (27), and washer (26)

from crossmember (21). Discard locknut (23) and lockwasher (25).

Remove locknut (16), screw (29), clamp (14), and conduit (6) from crossmember (17). Discard

locknut (16).

Remove screw (13), clamp (15), and conduit (6) from frame (18).

Remove two tiedown straps (19) from conduit (6). Discard tiedown straps (19).

NOTE

Note routing of conduit for installation.

Remove conduit (6) from front of cab protector (4) and dump body (1).

Remove conduit (6) from harness (30).
