Remove cotter pin (6), washer (5), and accelerator pedal pushrod (8) from bellcrank link (4). Discard

cotter pin (6).

7.

Remove bushing (9), throttle lever (10), and bushing (9) from bellcrank link (4).

8.

Remove cotter pin (3), washer (2), throttle shaft (7), and bellcrank link (4) from throttle bracket (1).

Discard cotter pin (3).

9.

Remove tubes (13) and (14) from tee (12).

10.

Remove tee (12) from air pressure switch tee (11).

NOTE

Clean all male pipe threads and wrap with antiseize tape before

installation.

1.

Install tee (12) on air pressure switch tee (11).

2.

Install tubes (13) and (14) on tee (12).

3.

Install bellcrank link (4) and throttle shaft (7) on throttle bracket (1) with washer (2) and new cotter

pin (3).

4.

Install bushing (9), throttle lever (10), and bushing (9) on bellcrank link (4).

5.

Install accelerator pedal pushrod (8) on bellcrank link (4) with washer (5) and new cotter pin (6).
