EQUIPMENT CONDITION

MATERIALS/PARTS

Parking brake set (TM 9-2320-272-10).

Hood raised and secured (TM 9-2320-272-10).

Two locknuts (Appendix D, Item 294)

Antiseize tape (Appendix D, Item 72)

Battery ground cables disconnected (para. 3-126).

NOTE

Perform steps 1 through 3 for single fuel tank system only.

1.

Remove three fuel lines (1) from adapters (2).

2.

Remove locknut (5), screw (4), and tee (3) from rail (6). Discard locknut (5).

3.

Remove three adapters (2) from tee (3).

4.

Remove three fuel lines (1) from adapters (2).

5.

Remove locknut (5), screw (4), and tee (3) from rail (6). Discard locknut (5).

6.

Remove three adapters (2) from two elbows (16) and tee (3).

7.

Remove two elbows (16) from tee (3).

8.

Remove vent line (10) from adapter (11).

9.

Remove adapter (11) from adapter (12).

10.

Remove adapter (12) from tube (13).

11.

Remove four clamps (7), tubes (15) and (13), and hose (9) from air intake pipe (8).
