NOTE

Left and right rear mounting posts are installed the same way.

This procedure is for the right rear mounting post.

It may be necessary to remove left and right reinforcement

panels from rear of cab to gain access to U-bolt nuts.

16.

Install U-bolts (5) and (6) in right rear cab support (4) and cab (7) with two new locknuts (11)

and (10). Do not tighten locknuts (11) and (10).

17.

Install pin (9) in right rear mounting post assembly (1) with two new cotter pins (2).

NOTE

Ensure pins installed on post assemblies do not slip through

U-bolts.

18.

Install right rear post assembly (1) through U-bolts (6) and (5) with pin (9) resting on U-bolt (6).

19.

Install U-bolt (8) through right rear cab support (4) and cab (7) with two new locknuts (3). Do not

tighten locknuts (3).

20.

Tighten locknuts (11), (10), and (3).
