All personnel must stand clear during lifting operations. A

snapped chain, shifting or swinging load, may result in injury to

personnel.

Attach lifting device to lightweight weapon station platform (1) with four utility chains and raise

approximately 12 in.

Install long crossmember assembly (6), with locator tab (8) to left, on front of lightweight weapon

station platform (1) with four U-bolts (10), eight washers (11), and new locknuts (9). Do not tighten

locknuts (9).

Install short crossmember assembly (4), with locator tab (3) to left, on rear of lightweight weapon

station platform (1) with three U-bolts (2), six washers (5), and new locknuts (7). Do not tighten

locknuts (7).

Position four roof mounts (15) and plates (14) on top of post assemblies (22).
