Disconnect right front brake vent hose (13) from connector (9).

Remove hoses (14) and (5) and elbows (12) and (6) from tee (11).

Remove tee (11), bushing (10), connector (9), and tee (8) from brake hose coupling (7)

b. Installation

NOTE

●

Apply sealant to male threads of fittings and leave first two

starter threads clear of sealant.

●

It may be necessary to make adjustments to fittings for

alignment purposes.

●

Do not tighten exhaust components until exhaust system is

completely assembled.

●

Ensure antiseize tape is applied to any screws attached to

engine assembly.

1.

Install tee (8) in brake hose coupling (7).

2.

Install connector (9) in tee (8).

3.

Install bushing (10) and tee (11) in tee (8).

4.

Install elbows (6) and (12) into tee (11).

5.

Install hoses (5) and (14) in elbows (6) and (12).

6.

Connect right front brake vent line (13) to connector (9).

7.

Install surge tank support (1) on exhaust manifold (4) with new lockwasher (3) and screw (2). Do

not tighten bolt (2).
