Install new gasket (4), spacer (5), new gasket (6), and starter (2) on flywheel housing (3) with two

new screw-assembled lockwashers (7), and new screw-assembled lockwasher (1).

Install mounting bracket (23) on engine block (26) with four washers (20), new lockwashers (21),

and screws (22).

Install alternator belt (17) and alternator (25) on mounting bracket (23) with two screws (24),

washers (19), and new locknuts (18).

NOTE

Spacer will be present on late model engines only.

Install washer (12), spacer (16), and adjustable link (11) on engine (26) with washer (10), new

lockwasher (9), screw (8), washer (131, new lockwasher (14), and screw (15).
