Install new O-ring (9), new packing seal (10), and unloader valve (11) in unloader cap (8).
Install intake valve (13) on intake valve seat (12).
Install intake valve seat assembly (4) and intake valve spring (5) in cylinder head cover (6).
Install unloader spring (3) and unloader cap assembly (2) in cylinder head cover (6) with two
washers (7) and screws (1).
Install new gasket (18) and air inlet connection (17) on cylinder head cover (6) with two new
lockwashers (15), washers (16), and screws (14).
Remove two screws (20) and mounting plate from crankcase (19).
Remove mounting plate from vise.
