EQUIPMENT CONDlTlON
Radiator removed (para. 3-59 or para. 3-60).
Radiator fan shroud removed (para. 3-63 or
para. 3-64).

Tag screws for installation.
l
Mark positions of two shroud mounting brackets for
installation.
1.
Remove forty locknuts (l), washers (2), thirty-six screws (7), two clamping strips (6), four screws (12),
and two shroud mounting brackets (11) from inlet tank (3) and radiator core (5). Discard locknuts (1).
2.
Remove inlet tank (3) and gasket (4) from radiator core (5). Discard gasket (4).

Tag screws and radiator side braces for installation.

Mark position of shroud mounting brackets for installation,

Remove forty locknuts (16), washers (15), thirty-six screws (13), four screws (18), two shroud
mounting brackets (19), two clamping strips (14), upper radiator side brace (8), lower radiator side
brace (9), and four clamping strips (10) from outlet tank (17) and radiator core (5). Discard locknuts (16).
4.
Remove outlet tank (17) and gasket (4) from radiator core (5). Discard gasket (4).
