CAUTION
Make sure that transmission and engine
mounting flanges are clean. Observe that
there are two sets of mounting holes in
the engine bellhousing. For M915 instal-
lation, the transmission is centered, as
shown in figure 2-15. For M916 thru
M920; the transmission is installed 80
off center (one bolt hole) in a counter-
clockwise direction, as indicated on
illustration.
(3) Fabricate and install three guide pins in engine bell housing as shown in fig. 2-13 to
aid in mating the transmission to the engine.
NOTE
Before installing transmission check
torque on drive ring bolts.
