Install socket (6) in base (2) with two

screws (8).

Install gasket (9) and base (2) on

bracket (10) with two screws (11),

lockwashers (12), and nuts (13).

Thread five wires (14) through

adapters (1) into base (2).

Connect five wires (14) using

butt connectors and install

three nuts (15) and conduit

tubes (16) on adapters (1).
