WARNING
Wear safety glasses to protect
eyes from possible injury or
blindness while removing
retaining ring.

Remove retaining ring (1) and
helical side gear (2) from input
shaft (3).
NOTE
Thrust washer and D-washer
may come off with helical side
gear.

Matchmark lockout cover (7) and lockout body (8).
Remove four screws (9), lockwashers (10), and lockout cover (7).
Remove preformed packing (11) from lockout cover (7).
