Winch Maintenance

Remove two setscrews (19), pin (20), and

sheave (21) from pivot arm (15).

Remove bearing (22) from sheave (21).

Attach suitable lifting device to fairlead (4).

Remove eight screws (23) and nuts (24).

Soldier A removes fairlead (4) while Soldier B

operates lifting device.

Remove grease fitting (29)

Remove drum (30) from
