Shaft is installed with slots up.

Install bearing (13) in sheave (14).

Install sheave (14) in pivot arm (15) with shaft (16) and two setscrews (17).

Install cable and clevis (18) in fairlead (1).

Install pin (19) and cotter pin (20) in clevis ( 18).

Install pivot arm (15) with pin (21), lockplate (22), two lockwashers (23), and screws (24).
