only to show location of hoses,
tubes, and fittings used on the
M977 and M985 cranes. It will
never be necessary to remove all
hydraulic hoses at one time.
Individual procedures will
indicate the area where hoses are
to be removed and installed.
a. Disconnect Quick Couplings.
Push ring (1) away from hose fitting (2) and
pull hose free.
b. Connect Quick Couplings.
Push ring (1) away from hose fitting (2) and push hose in until seated.
Release ring (1) while holding pressure on hose fitting (2).
