4. Secure upper hinge (7) to tailgate (6) with three washers (4), capscrews (3), spacers (5), washers (4),

and locknuts (8). Tighten locknuts (8) to 8 lb-ft (11 Nom).

5. Install seal (10) on tailgate (6) behind upper hinge (7).
