1.

Remove twelve rivets (3) and right bulkhead door (1) from hinge (2).

2.

Remove four screws (9), washers (10), and two rod guide cover plates (8) from door (1).

3.

Remove four nuts (7), washers (6), screws (4), washers (6), and two rod guides (5) from door (1).

NOTE

• For instructions on replacement of rivets, refer to para. 10-66.

• Perform step 1 for M996 and M996A1 vehicles.
