10-31. LEFT INNER COWL INSULATION PANEL REPLACEMENT
This task covers:
a. Removal

a. Removal
1.
Remove four locknuts (5), washers (3), capscrews (2), and washers (3) from harness clamp (4), brake
harness (8), retainer (1), and cowl (7). Discard locknuts (5).
2.
Remove assembled locknut (10), capscrew (12), and harness clamp (9) from body
harness (11), brake harness (8), and cowl (7). Discard assembled locknut (10).
3.
Remove assembled locknut (15) and capscrew (13) from harness clamp (14) and
cowl (7) and disconnect body harness (11) from cowl (7). Discard assembled locknut (15).
4.
Remove upper insulation panel (6) by sliding up and out from between retainer (1) and cowl (7).
5.
Remove assembled locknut (19) and capscrew (17) from clamp (18) and cowl (7). Discard assembled
locknut (19).
6.
Remove lower insulation panel (16) by sliding down between retainer (1) and cowl (7).
