place on front of main shaft and gear

unit assembly

Be sure not to distort lip type seal rings (18

and 19)

Attach center support lifter into recess

between seal ring grooves on support

hub, as shown.

Lower support (8) into

transmission, making sure that

threaded hole in support (8) alines with

hole for capscrew (5) in transmission.

Also, be sure that gap in internal snap

ring (10) is between any two tangs on

ring (26).

Seat support (8) firmly

against internal snap ring (10).

Remove center support lifter
