Remove rings, wristwatches, neck chains, and any other jewelry before working

around vehicle.

Jewelry can catch on equipment and cause serious injury.

and tools may short across electrical circuits and cause damage to equipment, or

severe burns or electrical shock to personnel.

NOTE

Hydraulic oil must be over 125° F (52°C) before performing Step 16.

Hydraulic oil

temperature may be observed at either cab pressure governor control or pump operator’s

panel pressure governor control (WP 0017).

Step 16.

Disconnect pump house wire harness fan 2 connector.

While an assistant observes

Hyd Oil Temp segment of pressure governor control, making sure that hydraulic oil

temperature is 125° F (52°C) or greater. With a test lead set, check for 22 to 28 VDC

between pump house wire harness wire 3276 (red) from pump house wire harness fan

2 connector, terminal 1 to a known good ground.

If 22 to 28 VDC are present, go to Step 21.
