Check for continuity across pump house power distribution wire harness wire 1640

(black) from pump house power distribution block relay P8 connector, terminal 2 and a

known good ground.

If there is continuity, replace relay P8.

b.

If there is no continuity, replace pump house power distribution wire

harness and block (WP 0299).
