INSTALLATION

NOTE

•

Install washers as noted prior to removal.

•

Install cable ties as required.

1.

Install windshield deluge motor (6) on windshield deluge motor support bracket (11) with four screws (18),

eight washers (17), four lockwashers (16), and nuts (15).

2.

Install windshield deluge motor (6) on vehicle and hose (14) and secure with retainer clip (13).

3.

With the aid of an assistant, install windshield deluge motor support bracket (11) on frame rail (12) with two

screws (10), four washers (9), two lockwashers (8), and nuts (7).

Lightly lubricate preformed packing (5) with clean oil, and install preformed packing in hose (4).

5.

Install hose (4) on windshield deluge motor (6) and secure with retainer clip (3).

6.

Connect windshield deluge motor connector (1) on pump house wire harness connector (2).
