Remove fitting (2) from strainer body (9).

Remove nipple (13) from strainer body (9).

7.

Remove fitting (5) and elbow (6) from tee (14).

8.

Remove tee (14) from nipple (15).

9.

Remove two nipples (13) and (15) from bulkhead fitting (16).

10. Remove jam nut (7) and lockwasher (8) from bulkhead fitting (16). Discard lockwasher.

END OF TASK

STRAINER BODY AND TEE ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

1.

Install lockwasher (8) and jam nut (7) on bulk head fitting (16).

Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful

vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing.

To avoid injury or death, keep away

from open fire and use in well-ventilated area.

If adhesive, solvent, or sealing

compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.

NOTE

Install elbows and fittings as noted prior to removal.

2.

Apply sealing compound to threads of two fittings (2) and (5), two nipples (15) and (13), and elbow (6).
