FIELD LEVEL MAINTENANCE

THERMAL RELIEF VALVE REPLACEMENT

INITIAL SETUP:

REMOVAL

1.

Disconnect thermal relief valve switch connector (1) from pump house wire harness connector (2).

2.

Remove drain line (3) from fitting (4).

3.

Remove thermal relief valve (5) from manifold (6) (WP 0318).

4.

Remove fitting (7) from thermal relief valve (5).

5.

Remove fitting (4) from thermal relief valve (5).
