SHUTOFF CONTROL VALVE MANIFOLD REPLACEMENT

INITIAL SETUP:

REMOVAL

NOTE

•

Remove cable ties as required.

•

Tag and mark connectors and air lines prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

1.

Remove under truck nozzle foam valve connector (1), bumper turret foam valve connector (2), and eductor

valve connector (3) from three valve control wire harness connectors (4), (5), and (6).

2.

Remove foam valve connector (7) and flush valve connector (8) from two valve control wire harness

connectors (9) and (10).
