Remove locknut (16), screw (17), washer (18), bushing (19), seat belt (20), seat belt lock (21) and

bracket (22) from vehicle.

Discard locknut.

All screws must be grade 8 material.

Do not use stainless steel.

Failure to comply

may result in severe injury or death to personnel.

1.

Install seat belt lock bracket (22), seat belt lock (21), and seat belt (20) on vehicle with bushing (19),

washer (18), screw (17), and locknut (16).

Tighten to 70 lb-ft (95 N•m).

2.

Install retractor (12) on vehicle with screw (15), washer (14), and locknut (13).

Tighten locknut 70 lb-ft

(95 N•m).

3.

Install plastic cover (11) on retractor (12).

4.

Install seat belt buckle (10) and two tethers (9) on vehicle with washers (7), screws (8), and locknuts (6).

Tighten locknuts 70 lb-ft (95 N•m).

5.

Install plastic cap (5) on screw (8).
