Remove hand pump handle (8) from stowage, insert into hand pump receptacle (9).
Move hand pump handle (8) up and down rapidly, tire carrier should begin to move.
NOTE
The tire carrier can be stopped at any time during raising operations.
9.
Continue to raise tire carrier until it is in the full up position. Stop use of hand pump.
