CAUTION
The tire carrier lock rods are a snag hazard to the movement of the tire
carrier and must be properly stowed in stowage brackets prior to lowering
the tire carrier. Failure to properly stow tire carrier lock rods prior to
lowering operation may result in damage to equipment.

Turn left lock rod (4) CCW until enough slack is made to push left lock rod (4) up and
into its stowage bracket (5).
