b. Installation.

WARNING

Adhesives, solvents, and sealing com-

pounds can burn easily, can give off

harmful vapors, and are harmful to skin

and clothing.

Keep away from open fire

and use in a well-ventilated area.

If

adhesive, solvent, or sealing compound

gets

on

skin

or

clothing,

wash

immediately with soap and water. Failure

to

comply

may

result

in

injury

to

personnel.

(1) Apply antiseize compound to threads of ether sensor (1).

(2) Install ether sensor (1) in coolant bypass tube (2).

NOTE

Both coolant hoses are assembled the same

way. Only one shown.

(3) Loosen two screws (3) in clamps (4) and clamps (5) as

far as possible without disengaging screws from D-nuts

(6).

(4) Unhook clamp tabs (7) from tab windows (8).
