Container (40 qt (38 L) capacity)

Materials/Parts

Oil, Lubricating, OE/HDO 15W/40 (Item 44, Appendix

D)

Filter, Oil (Item 23, Appendix G)

Packing, Preformed (Item 203, Appendix G)

Removal.

(1)

Position container under oil pan (1).

(2)

Remove oil pan plug (2) from oil pan (1).

(3)

Remove preformed packing (3) from oil pan drain

plug (2).

Discard preformed packing.

working under vehicle due to the

possibility of falling debris.

Do not remove oil filter while engine

is hot.
