NOTE

Retain

belt

adjusting

arm

for

future

installation.

(1) Remove two screws (1), lockwashers (2), and belt

adjusting arm (3) from alternator bracket (4). Discard

lockwashers.

(2) Position belt adjusting arm (5) on alternator bracket (4)

with two lockwashers (2) and screws (1).

(3) Tighten two screws (1) to 25-32 lb-ft (35-43 N·m).
