20-44. 200 AMP ALTERNATOR KIT REMOVAL (CONT)

(82) Lift dust boot (128) on terminal lug TL60 (129).

(83) Remove nut (130), lockwasher (131), washer (132), and

terminal lug TL60 (129) from alternator terminal (133).

Discard lockwasher.

(84) Position washer (132), lockwasher (131), and nut (130)

on alternator terminal (133).

(85) Remove terminal lug TL6 (121) from wire (134). Discard

terminal lug.

(86) Remove wire (134) from dust boot (120).

(87) Install terminal lug TL6 (135) on wire (134).

(88) Remove 12vdc cable (118) and 24vdc cable (119) from

vehicle.

(89) Remove screw (136), lockwasher (137), terminal lug TL5

(138), washer (139), and ground strap (140) from

alternator (141). Discard lockwasher.

(90) Position washer (139), lockwasher (137), and screw

(136) in alternator (141).
