Apply sealant to threads of four screws (40).

Install head pad (41) on front head pad brace (35)

with four washers (42) and screws (40).

Installation.

(1)

Position bottom support (1) and rack assembly (2) in

cab.

(2)

Apply sealant to threads of eight screws (3) and six

screws (4).

(3)

Position rack assembly (2) on bottom support (1) with

eight washers (5) and screws (3).

(4)

Tighten eight screws (3) to 110-120 lb-in. (12-13

N•m).

(5)

Position MTS plate (6) on bottom support (1) with

four washers (7) and screws (4).

(6)

Position two washers (7) and screws (4) in bottom

support (1).

sealing
