Ml114 model insulation has no floor mounting hardware. The
following procedure applies to Ml113 models.

Remove four locknuts (61, washers (51, capscrews (21, retainer (11, and insulation (4) from floor (7).
Discard locknuts (6).

Installation
1.
Install insulation (4) and retainer (1) on floor (7) with four capscrews
(21,
washers (51, and
locknuts (6). Tighten locknuts (6) to 6 lb-ft (8 N-m).
2.
Press insulation (4) into place on cowl (3).
