Drycleaning solvent PD-680 is both toxic and flammable. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapors, and
avoid skin contact. Use only in well-ventilated area, and keep away from open flame or excessive
heat. Injury to personnel could occur.

Coated exterior
Remove rust preventive compound with dry-
parts
cleaning solvent.
4.
Semitrailer
a. Inspect for damage received during
shipping.
b. If damage is found, submit DD Form 6,
Package Improvement Report.
5.
Equipment packing
a. Check against equipment to see if
slip
shipment is complete.
b. Report all discrepancies in accordance
with instructions in DA PAM 738-750.
PRELIMINARY SERVICING AND ADJUSTMENT OF EQUIPMENT
Perform the Operator and Organizational Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services contained in
chapters 3 and 4.
Lubricate all points as shown in the Lubrication Chart (page 4-5) regardless of interval.
Schedule the next Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services on DD Form 314, Preventive
Maintenance Schedule and Record.
Report all deficiencies on DA Form 2407 if the deficiencies appear to involve unsatisfactory design.
Perform a break-in road test of 25 miles (40 kilometer (km)) at a maximum speed of 55 miles per hour
(mph) (88.5 kilometers per hour (km/h)).
