Install winch mount (Figure 5, Item 4) on trailer winch mount bracket (Figure 5, Item

6).

3.

Install two safety lock pins (Figure 5, Item 5) in trailer winch mount bracket (Figure 5,

Item 6) and winch mount (Figure 5, Item 4).

4.

Install cart hand winch (Figure 5, Item 2) on winch mount (Figure 5, Item 4) and turn

knob (Figure 5, Item 3) clockwise until cart hand winch (Figure 5, Item 2) is secure.

5.

Push winch lock (Figure 6, Item 8) down to OFF position.
