TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
12 VDC ELECTRICAL - FRONT SIDE MARKER LIGHT(S) DO NOT OPERATE
STEP 1
Are 10 to 14 vdc measured on wire 1012B at front side marker light?
WARNING
Remove all jewelry such as rings, ID tags, bracelets, etc. prior to working on or around vehicle.
Jewelry and tools can catch on equipment, contact positive electrical circuits, and cause a
direct short, severe burns, or electrical shock. Failure to comply may result in injury or death
to personnel.
NOTE
•
The following troubleshooting procedures cover the left front side marker light, but
they apply to all front side marker lights.
•
All electrical wires and components listed in this troubleshooting procedure are
illustrated and located in Electrical System Schematic.
1.
Disconnect wire 1012B from nonoperating front side marker light.
2.
Connect button probe cable to MSD/ICE test equipment (WP
0004).
