2-98. MAINTENANCE OF EXTERNAL CAB STOWAGE TOOL LOCKER .

Remove two quick release pins (1) fro m
external cab stowage tool locker (2) .

If damaged, remove three solid rivets (3 )
and three safety chains (4) from externa l
cab stowage tool locker (2) .

Inspect for broken, damaged, or missin g
parts .
Safety chain is a manufactured item, refer
to appendix D .
Repair is by replacement of authorize d
parts (TM 9-2350-238-24P-2) which d o
not meet inspection criteria .
If removed, install three safety chains (4) an d
two quick release pins (1) on external ca b
stowage tool locker (2) and secure with thre e
new solid rivets (3) .
