REPAIR PARTS, SPECIAL TOOLS, TMDE, AND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT
General
Tools, equipment, and repair parts are issued to Unit Maintenance personnel for maintaining the M88A1. Tools and equipment
should not be used for purposes other than those prescribed. When not in use, these tools should be properly stowed in the spaces
provided on the vehicle.
Common Tools and Equipment
For authorized common tools and equipment, refer to the Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE), CTA
50-970, Expendable/Durable Items (Except: Medical, Class V Repair Parts, and Heraldic Items), or CTA 8-100, Army Medical
Department Expendable/Durable Items, as applicable to your unit.
Special Tools, TMDE, and Support Equipment
Certain tools and equipment, specially designed for Unit Maintenance, repair, and general use, are listed in WP 0488 00 for
information only. This list is not to be used for requisitioning parts.
Repair Parts
Repair parts are listed and illustrated in the repair parts list (refer to TM 9-2350-256-24&P) covering Unit Maintenance for this
equipment.
