REPLACE RADIATOR ACCESS DOOR SEALS AND FASTENERS — Continued

Remove four rivets (6) and two fasteners (4) from radiator access door (5). Discard rivets.
REPAIR
WARNING
Adhesive, primer, sealant compounds, and isopropyl alcohol are toxic and flammable. These
compounds are toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Continued exposure can make you
dizzy and irritate your eyes and throat.
Always use in well ventilated areas, away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not breathe fumes.
Do not allow into contact with skin and eyes. Use goggles or face shield and protective gloves.

Use cleaning com pound to rem ove five-piece seal (1) from radiator access door ( 2).
Discard seal.

Apply a thin coat of adhesive sealant to b ottom surface of new five-piece seal (1). A pply same sealant t o seal area of
radiator access door (2).
