ASSEMBLY

1.

Install washer (18), spring (17), handle (10), and pin (16) on tube (9).

2.

Install spring (14), tube (9), and rod (11) on pedestal (15).

3.

Install tube (9). Push down on tube and lock handle (10) in the lowest position.

4.

Hold rod (11) and install washer (13) and new locknut (12) on rod.

6.

Install rack (4), two washers (3), screws (2), and new locknuts (1) on support plate (5).

Install support plate (5), eight washers (8), four screws (6), and new locknuts (7) on tube (9). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO

( 9-10 N·M) TO RQUE. Use torque wrench.
