REPLACE REAR EXTERNAL STOWAGE FRAME (M1068 ONLY) — Continued

INSTALLATION

1.

Install pad (1), eight washers (2), four screws (3), and new locknuts (4) on rear external stowage frame (5).

2.

Install two mounts (6), four washers (7), and screws (8) on hull rear plate.

3.

Install rear external stowage frame (5), four washers (9), two shouldered pins (10), and new cotter pins (11) on two

mounts (6). Have helper hold up one side.

4.

Connect two strap assemblies (12) to two loops on hull rear plate and frame (5).

5.

Stow equipment on rear external stowage frame (5) with two straps (12).
